we deliver all of our items via royal mail
2nd class = £3.99 (2-3 working days)
1st class = £4.99 (1-2 working days)
orders over £30.00 = FREE 2nd class postage
we offer free delivery to local villages sapcote & stoney stanton within 1-2 working days (option to select at checkout).
our packaging is plastic free, we use cardboard boxes filled with paper eco-shred and tissue paper to ensure protection for your lovely items. our paper tape used to seal the boxes can also be recycled.
if your purchase is a gift, you can specify this and add a message to your recipient via a designated box at the checkout stage. your items will be packaged as detailed above and there will be no paperwork or price labels to worry about. if you require assistance, please email us at hello@theconsciouscollective.shop where we will be happy to assist you.

returns policy
we hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@theconsciouscollective.shop where we will happily assist you.
if the item/s you have received are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@theconsciouscollective.shop with full details.
should an item need to be returned, you have a further 14 days after contacting us to return the item to us at your own cost (we recommend using a tracked service for this as we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged returns).
please do not send your item back to the manufacturer, we will provide you with the correct details to return to.
unless faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been used and/or is not in its original packaging.
refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt by us.
please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
