which brands do you currently stock?

we are currently proud stockists of beautiful brands including; made by coopers, nathalie bond, balm wellness, sacred elephant and faulty stone.

which brands/products are suitable for vegans? 

all of the candles, room mists and incense we stock are suitable for those following a vegan lifestyle.

which brands/products are cruelty free?

all of the candles, room mists and incense we stock are cruelty free.

how do you decide which brands to stock? 

we consider all aspects of the products they produce from ingredients to packaging, as well as the overall brand ethos. if it doesn't align with our own values - we won't stock them.

orders

do i need an account to be able to place an order?

no you do not need an account to place an order with us.

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept all major debit/credit cards via wix payments and we also accept paypal.

how do i know my order was successful? 

after placing an order with us, you should receive an automatic order confirmation via email. please check your spam/junk box as sometimes it likes to slip in there!

my order hasn't arrived, what do i do?

in the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive, please contact us with the details by emailing hello@theconsciouscollective.shop so we can look into it for you.

shipping

where do you ship to?

we currently only ship to the united kingdom

how long will it take to receive my order?

we offer two delivery options;
1st class delivery = 1-2 working days

2nd class = 2-3 working days

what are your shipping costs?

1st class = £4.99

2nd class = £3.99

we offer free 2nd class for all orders over £30.00.

do you use plastic in your packaging?

our packaging is plastic free. we use cardboard boxes filled with paper eco-shred and tissue paper. our stickers are tape used as seals are made from paper. all of our packaging can be recycled or reused.

returns

what is your returns policy?

we offer returns within 14 days of receipt. you can read our full returns policy here 

where do i send my return?

we will send you the address for returns when you inform us you want to make a return. please email us hello@theconsciouscollective.shop

do you offer exchanges?

we do not offer exchanges at this time.

gifting

can i send an order as a gift?

yes! if your order is a gift, you can add a message to your recipient in the designated box at the checkout. we don't include any invoices or prices in our packaging either making it easy to send a gift directly.

do you offer gift wrapping?

all of our orders are packaged ready to be given as gifts, at no extra cost. our luxury furoshiki gift wrap is available for christmas and is a cost of £5.00.

do you do gift cards?

we have eGift cards available to purchase here.
